About

My name is Nora and I have trained in Cranio Sacral Integration with College of Cranio Sacral Therapy with their Manchester cohort between 2022 and 2024.

I have received CST for nearly 17 years now myself. In my previous career I was a self employed joiner and it helped me both to keep my body in good working order and my mind able to cope with the demands of running a business. Most months I would get to few days before my usual session and I would not be able to wait to be there, lying down, bringing my body and mind back to coherence and attending to those tradie aches.

I want my practice to be accessible to all. I’m hoping that I will be as likely to work with a tradie with repetitive strain injury or a frozen shoulder, grandma with ear problems, anxious queer teenager, neurodiverse hyper kid or a pregnant mama.

I would truly like to see anyone and everyone to find a place for themselves in my practice. So if you re wondering whether this is for you – I encourage you to reach out and book that initial session or give me call for a chat. There will never be any pressure to work with me and who knows maybe you will discover a beautiful practice for yourself.

I bring strong sense of grounding, awareness of spiritual hygiene, connection to all things alive and staying firmly with the no nonsense down to earth attitude to my practice. I am also not in business of “helping” people. I strongly believe the core CST tenet that our bodies have the intelligence to know what’s best for them and we simply help the system to remember its’ way by following along and bringing attention to where it’s needed.
